Refund and Returns Policy

Physical Products (Herbal Remedies, Skincare, & Supplements) Due to the consumable and handcrafted nature of our herbal products, tinctures, supplements, and skincare, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@whitesmoke-clam-656767.hostingersite.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged product.

Unopened, sealed products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Consultations & Digital Programs

  • Consultations: Fees for wellness consultations and bioenergetic scans are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

  • Digital Goods: Any purchased digital guides or downloadable PDFs are final sale and non-refundable.
