HERBAL TEA RECIPE
Recipe for a Herbal tea that
can help alleviate Stress, Depression and Anxiety:
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers
- 1 tablespoon of dried lavender flowers
- 1 tablespoon of dried lemon balm leaves
- 1 teaspoon of dried passionflower leaves
- 4 cups of water
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and add in the dried chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, lemon balm leaves, and passionflower leaves.
- Cover the pot and let the mixture steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a teapot or directly into a cup.
- Add agave to taste (if desired).
- Serve and enjoy!
This herbal tea can be consumed as often as needed to help manage stress and anxiety.
